Launch Notification
We will contact you directly as our opening date approaches to confirm availability and discuss placement timing.
Participant Orientation
Once placement is confirmed at launch, the participant will complete intake and orientation with our staff.
Ongoing Communication
We will provide regular updates to the referring case manager throughout the participant's stay.
